Natasha Koo is the creator of FeminineSpace.com who discovered her purpose after a journey taking her around the world.
Natasha currently resides in Zurich, Switzerland where she is building her platform FeminineSpace.com. She started the movement after a series of events during her life.
As with moving from one country to another one of the challenges can be language. When she first moved to Switzerland she quickly discovered that the type of German spoken was different than what she learned which promptly created a communication barrier.
To create a sense of purpose each day at this stage she began teaching yoga in public parks to expats. In doing so she met the needs of a community that shared similar backgrounds.
Recently she dived into the world of entrepreneurism. Through this processed she discovered the values that would define FeminineSpace.com. In one of her jobs within the start up community they stopped paying their employees shortly after joining the company. Subsequently they fired all of the employees the next day. This truly solidified what was important when it comes to business, that relationships are everything.
In growing FeminineSpace.com she interviewed 40 – 50 women about what femininity means to them. This helped to shape the community to go beyond her perspectives and to that of many. Additionally, in the beginning she focused on the creation of free content, launching a podcast, recording videos, and speaking to the needs of the community.
However, it was a big shift for her in the beginning to give away free content as she was in a place of scarcity. As she grew, she realized that the more she gave the more the community grew. Ultimately the more vulnerable she is in the community the more people are opening up through the trust building process.
The one thing that she recommends to individuals is to allow yourself to feel what is going on internally. Listen to what you are feeling without fear of emotions as the answers you are seeking might come up.
